**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist in handling complaints from website cutomer and resellers; in regards of late delivery, defect on scarf, double parcel and other relatable issues
- Reply to all comments and DMs on social media account.
- Make a report on any complaints and issues by monthly.
- Able to answers incoming customer calls regarding our products.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills to answer customer clearly, must understand and communicate information effectively in writing or by phone.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- All the decision is by approval from management of AMEERA ZAINI.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
