- Bachelor degree in chemical engineering, process & food engineering, food technology or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in food/ beverage manufacturing industry especially in process engineering, R&D or production functions

- Vacancy description- Make process year plan for department and/or assigned installations/equipment, prioritise and prepare process activities, choose appropriate approach and plan the activities, in discussion with relevant parties
- Realise introduction and integration of new products and/or processes in production, taking into account test protocols and applicable operations and SHE&Q guidelines
- Provide analyses of current production processes, evaluate bottlenecks and advise regarding improvements in processes, techniques and procedures, and ensure implementation after approval (through initiating and leading projects)
- Develop and describe technology standards/guidelines, monitor the compliance of processes/products to these standards/guidelines and if necessary take measures
- Define, plan, coordinate and execute assigned projects / investment projects, within the project management guidelines
- Leading the process and cleaning validation avtivities in processing plant
- Coaching operators / technician / supervisors in order to reach a sufficient level of process / product understanding
