- ** Job Description**: Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and co-ordinate on -going staff development program for all categories of staff in Clinic.
2. Develop teaching materials / programs and able to conduct in -house classes to enhance staff performance including developing new managers ,eg customer service, communication skills, management skills.
3. Monitor and coach staff to achieve organizational goals.
4. Orientate all new employees to organizational vision, mission, values, Japanese work ethics and competencies.
5. Develop strategies to enhance staff motivation and productivity, staff job satisfaction and conducive work environment.
6. Counsel staff as and when referred by supervisor/manager.
7. Conduct and review the staff performance evaluation and make recommendations for salary increment / bonus to Management as per organizational policy.
8. Support in administrative duties, review, update and formulate policies on HR and assist in recruitment.
9. Interact closely with key staff and need to know all staff.
10. Perform regular walk around in workplaces to identify potential work / staff issues proactively.
- **Requirement**:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Social Science / Psychology or related field (if work experience is fulfilled, study field doesn't matter)
- About 5 years of working as human resource with interest and experience in talent development. Especially possess the experiences to solve the staff performance/attitude issues
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Japanese will be advantageous.
- Interested in or understands Japanese service, or has worked in a Japanese company
- Has excellent people skills, able to interact well with diverse cultures and background.
