**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate office logistics and supplies, including vendor communications.
- Assist with project coordination, event planning, and company initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by executives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- Diploma's preferred, but not required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
