About the role
Oracle Medlife SDN BHD is seeking a skilled Human Resource / Admin professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and HR support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Administration Duties:
Handling a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document management, office supplies, and correspondence
- Must have some knowledge of GDPMD Audit-related Documentation and filings
- Maintain and update company records, database and inventories
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, delivery orders (DO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal teams
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and supplies
Human Resource Duties :
Coordinating and organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Providing HR support, such as assisting with job posting and recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee relations
- Responding to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining and updating HR records and systems, attendance and leave tracking
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage payroll-related documentation and liaise with payroll vendors
- Assist in employee welfare, training coordination and HR Related communications
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR Best Practices
E-Perolehan ( Government Procurement System ) :
Manage and submit tenders, quotations and documentation through the E-Perolehan system
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions in compliance with government procurement procedures
- Liase with relevant departments to gather required documents and information
- Track and follow up on application statuses and updates
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR role
- Preferably worked in a medical device company or medical-related field will be useful
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of GDPMD and Audit will be an added advantage
