Position Overview

The Creative Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Richiamo Coffee Sdn Bhd. This individual will work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to produce compelling creative materials that align with our brand’s values and objectives. The Creative Executive will be responsible for creating innovative content, developing marketing collateral, and ensuring consistency in our brand’s messaging across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Development: Assist in developing and refining creative concepts that reflect the Richiamo Coffee brand. Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
- Content Creation: Design and create visual assets for both online and offline channels, including social media content, advertisements, packaging designs, promotional materials, and website graphics.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Photography & Videography: Assist in shooting and editing product photography, behind-the-scenes content, and video marketing materials. Ensure high-quality production that aligns with brand standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand business objectives and translate them into creative solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest design trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inspire new and innovative approaches in creative design.
- Presentation & Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports for creative concepts, campaign progress, and performance analysis, reporting directly to the creative director or marketing manager.

**Requirements**:

- Education: A degree or in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in marketing, advertising, or branding, with a focus on digital and print media.
- Skills:

- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), video editing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
