1.To handle smooth operations at the Cashier Counter and Front Office with excellent Customer Service. 2. Required to handle the cash register operation with good customer service skill. 3. To greet and answering the phone, redirecting calls, directing customers and taking message. 4. Ensure all complaints and requests are immediately resolved and follow through with relevant supporting departments. 5. Responding promptly to all guests requests, enquiries and complaints. 6. Ability to work on shift. 7. To conduct any other duties as may be assigned by Superior to ensure the achievement of desired departmental working efficiency.
