Perform duties of front desk receptionist, including but not limited to check-in/out, guest accommodations, phone, reservations, and other tasks
- Support all Front Office team members and guest needs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with front office needs, communications, and tasks
- Assist with Front Office financials, including sales, costs, and others
- Assist with Front Office marketing efforts
- Maintain all guest information
- Maintain office, including filing and clerical work
- Stay one step ahead of guests’ needs - record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns
- Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary
- Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador
- Always know what events and activities are on the day’s schedule
- Jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
