**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible and accountable, under the direction of the Assistant Front Office Manager, for the efficient overall day-to-day operations of the hotel standard.
- Process guest check-ins according by room assignments and departures for check-out (cashiering) of all the hotel guests.
- Assists all area in the Front Office Department as required. (i.e.: Operator, Reservations, Reception, Bell Service, Business Center).
- Will act as a Night Manager on the Night shift operational and reporting all night activities to the Front Office Manager (if needed).
- Checks and ensures that all rooms/suites assigned for VIPs are in order and the respective amenities are placed in the room/suites before arrival.
- Assists as required/requested with the solving of any guest complaints/upsets.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM/Dip with min 4 years experience in Front Office Department (Hotel/Resort).
- Able to converse in English and Malay. Mandarin are added advantage.
- Can work independently
- To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs.
- Creative, vibrant, energetic

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
