- Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.
- Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach
- Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints

- Required language(s): Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) - Native Speaker
**Experience in the airlines/aviation industry will be an added advantage **_
