- Analyze customer feedbacks and develop new techniques with the intent of increasing customer loyalty and retention.
- Prepare working report and perform analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of retention programs.

**; Requirements**:
- Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service.
- Able to work on shift, irregular and weekends and public holidays.
