**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with R&D executive to prepare and develop new prototypes and/or formulations at pilot plant
- Assist in conducting lab-scale trials, recipe formulations, and testing for taste, texture, and shelf life of pilot plant prototypes
- Support the Research & Development team in new product development (NPD) of plant-based milk and beverages
- Collect and document experimental data and prepare technical reports for analysis.
- Work closely with Quality and Production teams during pilot runs and scale-ups.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the R&D lab and related equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ingredients, and technology in plant-based food science.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related fields.
- Min 2 years proven track record in R&D/Product Development/Application Specialist of food industry (specialized in manufacturing plant)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and laboratory procedures.
- Passionate about innovation and plant-based products.
- Attention to detail and a hands-on approach to tasks.
- Good team player with effective communication skills.
