We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians. The job description as below;_ > issue quotation, follow-up quotation, issue DO and Invoice > determine repairs and relevant costs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge about range of services and contacting customers to update them about their equipment’s repair status. > communicating with customers about their needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians > answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary > overseeing and managing the service scheduling and workflow > monitor customer payment and other tasks deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the operation of the company **Job Details** **JOB INFO & REQUIREMENT** - Contract Type - Full-time - Job Type - Executive - Experience Level - 1-3 years - Job Categories - Customer Svc/Call Centre - Minimum Education Required - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). - Language Required - English, Bahasa Malaysia - Nationality Preferred - Malaysians Only - Gender Preferred - All Genders - Own Transport - None **SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS** - Salary **RM 2,500 to RM 3,500 per month** - Other Benefit (Optional) - Health Award Scheme Allowance > Hospitality Insurance coverage > Recognition of all Public Holiday in Selangor
