Are you passionate about cars and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a dynamic Service Advisor to join our team As a Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring their vehicles receive top-notch care and our customers leave satisfied.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship**:Be the friendly face our customers rely on, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every customer feels valued.
- **Customer Care**:Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles with a keen eye, and recommend necessary repairs in a clear and understandable way.
- **Communication**: Keep customers informed with regular updates on their vehicle's status throughout the service process, managing expectations with professionalism.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, going the extra mile to build lasting relationships based on trust and loyalty.
- **Problem Solving**: Use your automotive expertise to identify vehicle issues during inspections and recommend appropriate solutions to keep our customers safely on the road.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all work meets our high standards, reviewing completed work with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Passion for Cars**: A genuine love for automobiles and the desire to provide outstanding service.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- **Automotive Knowledge**: Minimum 1 year of Automotive Industry experience as a Service Advisor, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Automotive Engineering.
- **Customer Service Savvy**: Demonstrated ability to provide professional and excellent customer service, with a focus on building relationships.
- **Flexible and Reliable**: Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, and available 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
