Service Advisor

**Job Scope**:
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, understand their vehicle service needs, and provide professional advice.
- **Job Order Management**: Open and manage repair orders, describe vehicle issues clearly for technicians, and update customers on job progress.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Interpret basic mechanical issues and explain necessary repairs, services, and estimates to customers.
- **Follow-up**: Coordinate with the workshop and parts department to ensure timely service completion; conduct follow-up calls for customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Achievement**:Upsell service packages, maintenance programs, and accessories where appropriate.
- **Quality Control**: Perform final quality checks, ensure all customer complaints are resolved before vehicle delivery.
- **Administration**:Manage service-related paperwork, warranty claims, and ensure compliance with Toyota’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
**Job Requirements**:
**Education**:
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
**Experience**:
At least 1-2 years experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry preferred
**Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good technical understanding of vehicles and basic diagnostics.
Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure.
Computer literate (knowledge in DMS / Dealer Management System is an advantage
**Language**:Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
