Customer Service Manager

Job description Supervise day to day operations in the customer service department Create Engaged customers and facilitate organic growth Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner Take ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution Create effective customer service procedures, policies and standards Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis Implement an effective customer loyalty program Maintain accurate records and documents all customer service activities and discussions Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture and environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment Manage the approved budget of the customer service department Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods Maintain and orderly workflow according to priorities Job Specifications Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software Outstanding written and verbal communications skills Advanced troubleshooting and multi tasking skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Degree in Business Administration or related field Thorough knowledge of the product and service the company is offering Plus point if have been in the hospitality industry
