Key Responsibilities
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, processing client orders, and following up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage schedules, maintain organized filing systems, and handle important documentation related to sales activities.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of sales materials (e.g., brochures, presentation tools) to ensure that the sales team has adequate resources.
- **Sales Reporting**: Generate reports on sales performance, inventory status, and departmental budgets to inform management decisions.
- **Coordination of Activities**: Organize promotional events and trade shows, assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and ensuring effective communication among team members.
- **Order Processing**: Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring that clients are informed of any unforeseen delays or issues.
- **Team Monitoring**: Monitor the progress of the sales team, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements to enhance performance.

**Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles is typically required.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,934.37 per month
