**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively source, engage and attract qualified/potential talent in order to deliver the headcount numbers required for specific projects/clients based on talent relevant working experiences, relevant knowledge, skills and aptitudes.
- Qualifying the right talent based on the given criteria’s from in-house Talent Specialist and able to understand the requirements and hiring needs for each clients/project.
- Facilitate all interviews arrangement, assist in matching and qualifying process.
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
- Must be able to create contents for job’s advertisement to do recruitment marketing.
- Facilitate with internal teams for the publication and posting purposes for recruitment marketing release for internal or external audiences
- Must be able to understand different type of Industry business function, their hiring needs, and Talent market trends.
- Maintain talent tracking database and proper record of all talents according to different industry needs.
**Job Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) background
- Hands-on experience with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Github)
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
**Benefit**:

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
