**Job Scope**:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Check all Engineering documentation and drawings in conjunction with all departments (process, mechanic, instrumentation, electricity, quality, HSE, etc.), Class and Vessel requirements and ensure references to the applicable standards, specifications and codes.
- Ensure final Engineering documentation is in accordance with contract and Client requirements.
- Attend daily or weekly project meetings and ad-hoc meetings to ensure project is on track from a time and budget perspective.
- Coordination with Engineers, consultants and contractors during the installation.
- Follow up on all pending / problem areas expediently until final close out.
- Support construction and fabrication crews (Piping and Structural Supervision, Subcontractor Supervision (painting, scaffolding, Electrical), Quality Control, etc.) including pre-commissioning and commissioning testing activities on site.
- Ensure that all project aspects are executed according to agreed schedule, quality and cost.
- Prepare Project Change/ Variation order and obtain necessary approvals.
- Closely supervises and monitor the work of contractors in liaison with the Project team to ensure that the project proceeds according to the contract and deal with any queries, problems and claims that might arise. Chairs the periodic progress review meetings with contractors.
- Work in line with Company and Client HSE policy and ensure during bidding that contractors have understood HSE procedures, Rules and Regulations and guarantee Contractors compliance during execution.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 7 years experience within the Marine and Offshore industry.
- Engineering Diploma or Degree
- Good understanding of Engineering and Oil and Gas related technical requirements
- Technical knowledge of steel fabrication (piping and structural).
- Understanding of related standards (ASM B31.3, API, ASME IX, AWSD1.1).
- Knowledge of High Pressure piping (5,000psi, 10,000psi, 15,000psi WP).
- Technical knowledge of welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and TIG).

**Salary**: RM20,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
