**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Respond to Customer Inquiries**: Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly via communication channels such as Whatsapp, calls and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot issues reported by customers, providing effective solutions or escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and follow-up on their inquiries.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, orders, detailing inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or support roles, especially in a chat-based environment, is a bonus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written/verbal communication skills in Malay & English
- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable, pro and fast in typing using computer & phones
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Customer Focus**: A genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- **Time Management** : Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sure to attend customer not long than 1 hour (in working days)

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
