Location: No 22A Tingkat 1, Seksyen 13, Jalan Rugbi 13/30, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor

Employment Type: 1-year contract (renewable based on performance)

Working Days: 5 1/2 days per week

Salary : Chance to earn up to more than RM 5000.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. **Responsibilities**:
☑ Actively listen to customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and provide accurate and timely information.

☑ Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

☑ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales opportunities.

☑ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.

☑ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any outstanding issues, and secure repeat business.

☑ Document customer interactions and sales activities

☑ Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve processes, address customer concerns, and achieve overall business objectives.

☑ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
☑ High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

☑ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

☑ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

☑ Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

☑ Ability to handle challenging situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

☑ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome customer objections.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
