Members Engagement
- Monitor and track engagement levels with members to ensure the Chamber is in active engagement and communication with the members.
- Reaching out to members especially inactive members to promote benefits and update on events and invite them to join.
- Liaise with marketing department and Multimedia & Business Services Executive to ensure members' information on the website and Glue-up data and other members' database. Must be hands-on membership information.
- Support in yearly membership retention campaigns - including contacting members on renewals.
- Tend to enquiries about BMCC membership and/or member partnerships.
- Support to Senior Manager in drafting proposals, and reports as well as in project management in the delivery of the programme to ensure all deliverables from the tier-exclusive packages are met in a timely manner and manage pre, during and post-project tasks efficiently.
- Administration and support in managing member networks such as Johor Network, Talent Network.

Social Media
- Responsible for scheduling and uploading content on BMCC Social media platforms.
- Supporting Senior Manager to liaise with outsourced partners on social media campaigns.

Other Responsibilities
- Support for all membership matters, as and when required.
- Document all contacts in BMCC CRM Systems.
- Flexible to undertake new assignments and support other teams on Chambers projects and events.
