**POSITION: SALES MANAGER (FLAVOR & FRAGRANCE)**
Work location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Report to: General Manager in Singapore
**ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS**:
The Flavors & Fragrances Market are _**compounds used to enhance the characteristics of end-use products in the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and cosmetic industries.**_
- _**Flavours**_are used in a wide range of products that include bakery, snacks, confectionery, meat, poultry, seafood, and others.
- _**Fragrances**_ - The perfume industry _**revolves around the production of scents and essential oils whose major use is to enhance pleasant smells and fragrances**_._ With the kind of attention it pays to hygiene, the perfume industry is an indispensable part of the cosmetic and personal care industry.
**MAIN DUTIES**:
- Manage sales and business development for dealer market & direct food manufacturer
- Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify potential customers and develop plans to develop business opportunities
- Generate demand from customers by understanding their technology commercial flavor requirements and further to be passed on to technical department in office for solutions.
- Do research of regional market insights
- Understand Customer Demands & Requirements to consult products to Customers
- Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior
- Keep a track of the client’s business initiatives and future plans & analyze its impact on business
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Candiadte must be fluent English & Mandarin
- At least 3 years experience in Sales B2B, at least in either **Food Flavors** or **Fragrances**:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Technology / Business Administration/ Business Management / Sales & Marketing
- Successful sales track records
**ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT**:
