SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
You will learn to process customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner, provide the best service possible to the customers. This is an internship position, open for all students who are interested to gain experience in customer service related roles. This position will be reporting to Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers in a timely and efficient manner to achieve on-time delivery performance.- Provide fast responses to all inquiries.- Collaborate with inter-departments on related issues on customer orders.- Manage and compile documents for submission to sales and customers.

Qualification:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).- You are a fast learner and enjoy working in a team.- You are able to have 6 to 8 months of internship.
