Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Intern atAccel Grpahic System Sdn Bhd, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing top-notch customer support while working closely with our talented team. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolution of customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
- Contribute to the development of training materials, help articles, and FAQs to support customers.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Diploma/Bachelor's, preferably in Customer Services Management/ Logistics/ Purchasing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Previous customer service experience or relevant internships is a bonus.
