- Provide support to customer service team as requested to ensure prompt and efficient resolution customer request.
- Accurately update customer information and required details as requested by customer service team.
- Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Contribute ideas for improving maintenance of data, records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
