**What awaits you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple APAC countries.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor regulations in the region.
- Demonstrated ability to **work effectively under pressure** and meet **tight deadlines** without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to **think creatively** and propose innovative HR solutions

**What you bring to the table**:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain and build relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Support HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HRIS updates, and policy implementation.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Contribute to HR projects such as employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning.
