- Handle customer with care and professionally
- Handle customer complaint and assist to resolve their issue

**Requirement**:

- Fresh degree are welcome to apply, OR
- Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant working experience, OR
- STPM with 2 years of relevant experience, or
- SPM with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Good customer handling skills, patient and helpful
- Able to communicate well in English and BM
- Ability to convey in Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialects will be added advantages
