On our implementation team, you'll onboard new clients and get them comfortable using our products and services. The goal is simple: Make sure our products and services deliver and exceed client expectations. As a consultant, you will be responsible for error free timely and timely delivery of payroll outputs to clients as per clients' requirement within the stipulated time as per the overall project plan. **What you'll do**: - Inputs all data received from client in the format required by software. - Processes deliverables as per the SLA agreed with the client. - Responsible for error free delivery Adheres to all policies and procedures. - Ensures that all payroll related reports are prepared on time and executed. - Ensures that all related document preparing for Handover to Service team. - Respond for any queries raised by the client employees. - Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information at all times. Ensuring they are familiar with and comply with information security policies and standards that relate to their work. **Qualifications you'll need**: **Experience: - Minimum 3 year's experience in Malaysia payroll processing. - Knowledge in Payroll Software - Competent in MS Word / Excel - Knowledge in preparing concise document. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
