**Job Scope**

**Operating Hours**: Sunday to Thursday 9am to 6pm
- Oversee daily activities in store
- Sales Monitoring and Strategy Development
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensure high standard of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplier when needed and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstock
- Prepare sales reports and managing budgets

**Requirements**:

- Preference will be given to **local Kelantan residents**:

- Min 3 years of working experience in retail associates or any sales-related work
- Must possess at least diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Store Management or any related field
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Able to perform under constant work pressure and expectation due to the growth of store openings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
