Sales Retail Manager -JB

Job Responsibilities:

- To be well versed with company products & has the ability to promote to customers
- To execute sell and work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for ensuring the showroom consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service
- Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the showroom.
- Responsible for assisting with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high
- performing, results-driven Associates
- Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business
- Directly responsible for execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Develop and maintain strong communication with local PR and marketing
- Attend all offsite training and position related meetings as required by HQ/Management
- Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the showroom always meets or exceeds company standards
- Maintain physical condition of showroom according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner
- Required to comply with all operational core competencies and key accountabilities
- Execute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all staff as well as customers
- Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required
- Responsible for the standard operating procedure, structures, systems and adhere with management decisions.
- Manage productivity and profitability the day-to-day operations, quality of the services as well as development of skills manpower
- Responsible to work closely with all Head of Department (HOD) to achieve the performance of the branch.
- Responsible for the supervision of personnel matters, with emphasis on staff training and career planning in cooperation with HR personnel
- To perform any other duties which may be assigned to you by your superior from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with inventory management and sales analysis tools

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
