**Location**:Shah Alam
**Responsibilities**:
1. Delivery Coordination
- Plan and schedule deliveries and collections based on truck type (bonded, side curtain, open truck).
- Ensure all delivery documents (DO, invoice, gate pass, etc.) are complete before dispatch.
2. Fleet Monitoring
- Track truck movement via GPS or direct communication with drivers.
- Respond quickly to delays, breakdowns, or any incidents.
3. Driver Management
- Assign jobs to drivers based on load and truck type.
- Ensure drivers comply with safety protocols and customs regulations (especially for bonded trucks).
4. Vehicle Maintenance
- Schedule regular truck servicing and check maintenance records.
- Coordinate repairs and ensure roadworthiness.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on truck operations, delivery performance, and incidents.
- Maintain updated operation logs and filing systems.
6. Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse, admin, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistic or related field.
- Min 3 years experience in related field.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English fairly.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision.
**Peranan dan Tanggungjawab**:
1. Penyelarasan Penghantaran:
- Menyusun jadual penghantaran & kutipan mengikut jenis lori dan keperluan pelanggan.
- Pastikan semua dokumen penghantaran lengkap (DO, invoice, gate pass, dll).
2. Pemantauan Pergerakan Lori:
- Pantau lokasi dan status lori melalui sistem GPS / komunikasi dengan pemandu.
- Tindak segera jika ada kelewatan, breakdown atau isu di checkpoint.
3. Pengurusan Pemandu:
- Beri tugasan harian kepada pemandu mengikut jenis muatan/lori.
- Pastikan pemandu patuh pada SOP keselamatan & peraturan kastam (untuk lori bonded).
4. Penyelenggaraan Lori:
- Jadualkan servis berkala lori dan semak rekod penyelenggaraan.
- Lapor dan urus pembaikan jika perlu.
5. Laporan & Dokumentasi:
- Sediakan laporan harian/mingguan tentang status penghantaran & prestasi lori.
- Simpan dan kemas kini rekod dokumen operasi.
6. Koordinasi Dengan Jabatan Berkaitan:
- Bekerjasama dengan bahagian warehouse, admin, dan customer service untuk pastikan kelancaran operasi.
**Keperluan**:
- SPM/Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang Logistik atau bidang yang berkaitan.
- Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang berkaitan.
- Mahir bertutur dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris dengan baik.
- Mampu bekerja dengan pengawasan yang minimum.
