Job description
The Operation Executive will be reporting to Assistant Manager Operation / Operation Manager / Facilities Manager and managing the Company's contractual obligations under the IFMS contracts. Manage, lead and develop a team of employees and subcontractors in providing Facilities Management services. This will include all planned and essential services maintenance, financial budgets, and compliance and ensure safety, secure, comfortable and cost effective environment for of Company Client and staffs.
- Provide operation & maintenance advice, technical and facility audit for clients
- Develop and maintain effective communication and relationship with Client, contractors and staffs
- Manage compliance to all facets of the project agreement and client interface agreement.
- Manage effective customer interface in company database
- Effective management of maintaining policies and procedures for operation
- Managing retention of contractual documentation.
- Managing Commercial risk management.
- Effective management of project schedule and performance metrics, tracks, analyzes,s and reports performance in terms of quality, safety, and cost, and customer satisfaction. Take corrective and proactive actions to bring about the required change.
- Conduct technical audit and inspection, business reviews periodically with the customer to ensure alignment between expectations and delivery.
- Attend tender interviews, clients meetings, site survey & inspection, project meetings, and technical meetings
- Manage contract acquisition/review/negotiation/vendor selection/training and preparation of related subcontract/purchase order agreements to provide quality facility services at a competitive cost.
- To manage Site Supervisor roles attending Clients and Site Scheduled Listing, work progress & Work Schedule Plan, Material Replenishment and work closely with Admin department
- To monitor Monthly Cleaning and Audit Checklist for monthly submission and all preparation of cleaning material/visitation
- Managing and support retention of contractual documentation
- Managing commercial risk management
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
