**Requirements**:
Preferably at least 5 years working experience in a similar position of a Public Listed Company.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, analytical skills and regulatory requirements and development with hands-on management.

Excellent communication skills especially verbal and written in English.
- Experience in Corporate Exercises will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge in property development accounting, accounting standards (FRSs), bursa and securities laws & guidelines issued by regulatory bodies.

**Responsibilities / Job Functions**:

- Leading and managing Corporate Affairs Team and responsible for any new MFRS, budgeting, tax planning & tax compliance.
- Responsible for the management of any corporate exercise in relation to the group.
- Responsible for timely submission for monthly, quarterly and annually of group financial reports and announcements in accordance with Bursa listing and regulatory requirements.
- Well verse with Group’s consolidated financial reporting.
- Responsible for tax planning and risk management of the Group.
- Liaison with external parties such as internal & external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and other statutory bodies or authorities.
- Responsible for all others matters related to the Group listing, corporate planning and corporate finance & corporate governance matters, Annual Report, CG & Sustainability Report and Risk Management.
- Assist in treasury matters.
- Oversee Group companies’ tax planning and tax compliance including liaison with tax agents.
- Assist in corporate proposal, financial evaluation & preparation of board papers.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
