Job Description

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or professional qualification, e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIPA and member of MIA.

Preferably at least 5 years working experience in a similar position of a Public Listed Company.

·Strong knowledge of financial management, analytical skills and regulatory requirements and development with hands-on management.

Excellent communication skills especially verbal and written in English.

·Experience in Corporate Exercises will be an advantage.

·Strong knowledge in property development accounting, accounting standards (FRSs), bursa and securities laws & guidelines issued by regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities / Job Functions:

·Leading and managing Corporate Affairs Team and responsible for any new MFRS, budgeting, tax planning & tax compliance.

·Responsible for the management of any corporate exercise in relation to the group.

·Responsible for timely submission for monthly, quarterly and annually of group financial reports and announcements in accordance with Bursa listing and regulatory requirements.

·Well verse with Group's consolidated financial reporting.

· Responsible for tax planning and risk management of the Group.

· Liaison with external parties such as internal & external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and other statutory bodies or authorities.

·Responsible for all others matters related to the Group listing, corporate planning and corporate finance & corporate governance matters, Annual Report, CG & Sustainability Report and Risk Management.

· Assist in treasury matters.

· Oversee Group companies' tax planning and tax compliance including liaison with tax agents.

·Assist in corporate proposal, financial evaluation & preparation of board papers.

· Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM20, RM25,000.00 per month
