  • Support the Group's engagement with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors to enhance market confidence and visibility.
  • Prepare and coordinate investor materials for quarterly results, ad-hoc investors' briefings/meetings, and roadshows including Q&A preparation, logistics and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, peer performance, analyst coverage, and relevant industry developments to update internal stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group's appointed IR consultants in planning and executing all IR strategies and activities, including but not limited to participation in investors conferences, roadshows, etc.
  • Manage the Group's corporate communication channels, including Bursa announcements, press releases on financial results, M&A transactions, and updates on the corporate IR portal.
  • Assist the CFO and Finance team in financial modelling, valuation, and cash flow analysis to support fundraising, M&A, and strategic projects.
  • Compile the Group's tender book and order book, analyze Group's financial data and information, and ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial and strategic information to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify information to ensure consistency, accuracy and up-to-date information in investor communications.
  • Prepare quarterly GCEO townhall presentation materials, particularly on the financial performance and key business highlights.
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating the Group's annual report content and statements, including but not limited to the MD&A, Chairman's Statement, Financial Highlights, and other finance-related sections.

  • Support AGM - related activities, including preparation of financial slides and anticipated financial and CF related Q&A.

  • Undertake any other tasks, assignments, and job related matters as assigned.
