Senior Manager, Corporate Finance & Investment

Are you a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in corporate finance and investment analysis? A leading conglomerate with diverse interests across various consumer markets is seeking a dynamic Corportae Finance Leader to join its Corporate Investment team.

Your new role

  • Lead evaluations of strategic business proposals, feasibility studies, and financial restructuring initiatives.
  • Develop and structure corporate investment schemes, including preparation of board papers, regulatory announcements, shareholder circulars, and press releases.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and disclosure standards across all investment-related documentation.
  • Review and validate presentation materials, legal documents, and submissions to regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with external advisors, consultants, and government bodies to facilitate investment activities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, MICPA, CFA).
  • Above 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in corporate finance within a merchant banking or investment advisory environment.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of capital markets, securities regulations, and financial modeling.
  • Possesses excellent writing, research, and analytical skills to craft compelling investment proposals.
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
