You will be responsible to identify and develop business opportunities for the company’s Business Insights and Analytics portfolio. The primarily role is to identify opportunities and build a strong business pipeline for the portfolio which includes generating quality leads for conversion.

In addition, the role will also be required to develop a team of Account Managers, build key customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals/proposals, and continuously enhance knowledge of current market conditions and industry trends.

**ADA Business Insights is becoming the one-stop shop for consumer insights in Asia**: we help clients to improve their actionable understanding of their consumers through the following products:

- **Business Insights Dashboard**- Pre-built industry-focused dashboards that serve client’s CMO, CSO, CDO, or other business functions to solve specific industry pain points, leveraging our deep consumer data insights and analytics.
- **Actionable Insights of Consumer**- Data products and services that serve better understanding of client’s target segments and customers, as well as competitors to support building personas and digital marketing campaigns.
- **Data Strategy Consulting**- Utilising our technology consulting expertise to help client identify right data strategies that align with business strategy and directions to enable business growth via having right data collections, data analysis, customer experience, and technology to support them.

**As part of the Business Insights & Analytics leadership team**, you will be accountable for the country’s sales target for Business Insights and other client-centric metrics (i.e. pipeline, lead to conversion ratio)

**What will you do?**
- Develop client relationships and lead marketing engagement with clients in key sectors (e.g. fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverages, retails, travel, transportation, banking, etc.)
- Provide strategic thinking to C-level and marketers in client organisations to support their growth strategy by leveraging our Business Insights & Analytics capabilities
- Understand clients' business challenges, for example in areas of product development, sales, marketing and consumer retention.
- Collaborate with other product or service owners within Axiata Group to develop and implement digital marketing solutions for the clients
- Manage the implementation stage to ensure delivery of results to the clients
- Drive pre-sales activities with existing and potential clients across different verticals (Telco Core Business, Digital Advertising, FMCG/Retail, Financial Institutions, Mobile/E-Commerce, Hospitality, etc.)
- Coordinate knowledge sharing and develop talents within internal teams

**What skills and experience do you need?**
- A degree holder in business, engineering, statistics or any related discipline
- Minimum 10-12 years work experience with reputable companies in market research, consulting or industry in relevant areas of marketing.
- Good team management experience
- Experience in insights/market research or marketing for fast moving consumer goods, food and beverages, retails, travel, transportation or banking is preferred.
- Good understanding of consumer analytics methodology and capability.
- Very creative mindset with strong analytical capability
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, client relationship, project management and team development skills
- Strong networking skills, team player, good presentation skills
