As the **Director of Business Development**, you’re a strategic growth driver responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing new revenue streams particularly within corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure segments. Working collaboratively with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams, you shape and deliver innovative strategies to enhance the hotel's market presence and financial performance while upholding the luxurious Sofitel and Accor brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

**Strategic Growth & Planning**
- Design and execute business development plans to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest insights adapting tactics to maximize profitability.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain high-impact relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead site inspections, presentations, and client-facing engagements to showcase the hotel's offerings.

**Business Expansion**
- Identify new segments and partnership opportunities across corporate, leisure, and events sectors.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

**Sales Coordination & Revenue Insights**
- Coordinate with the revenue management team to optimize rate strategies and occupancy.
- Oversee performance tracking, prepare sales analytics and report metrics to senior leadership.

**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development and sales team to exceed goals.
- Collaborate across departments - F&B, Front Office, Marketing to ensure seamless execution of commercial efforts.
