**OBJECTIVE**:
Manage high-efficiency video production to create captivating content, using innovative editing techniques and AI tools to enhance Jolicare’s brand presence and establish a meaningful connection with our audience on social media and other platforms.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Social Media and Video Editing**:

- Craft compelling visuals and video content tailored for various social media platforms to increase engagement and conversions.
- Schedule and manage the publication of creative content, monitor engagement levels, and optimize based on performance metrics.

**2. Branding and Design**:

- Actively participate in the development of branding materials that align with the company’s brands' identities and goals.
- Design and execute graphics for print and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all media.

**3. Creative Project Support**:

- Assist in the conceptualization and implementation of creative projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a cohesive creative strategy and execution.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Proven experience in graphic design, social media content creation, website design, or video editing, supported by a strong portfolio.

**Preferred Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating creative concepts and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Competency in the languages of English (Mandarin would be a bonus).
- Availability to transition into full-time if it's a good match for both parties.
