**Job responsibilities**:

- Attend to inbound calls enquiries regarding consumer financial products and services for international customers.
- Upsell banking products and services when appropriate.
- Provide accurate and timely information and provide effective solutions to customer’s queries.
- Achieve first call resolution where possible and follow up with customers on unresolved issues.
- Ensure adherence and full compliance with Group Policy and Standards, local laws and regulations and control and procedures of the bank.

**Job requirements**:

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English as you will be handling international customers or native English speakers.
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule at the office in Kuala Lumpur.
- Open to SPM holders with contact center customer service experience.
- Fresh graduates with Diploma and Degree are encouraged to apply.
- Experience of working in the banking industry will be an added advantage.
