Maintain detailed and up-to-date maintenance logs, including:

- Dates and descriptions of maintenance and repair activities.
- Materials used, and follow-up actions.
- Asset servicing schedules and condition reports.
- Update facility manuals, safety checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain records of warranties, contractor work, and service agreements.
- Document inspection outcomes and track completion of corrective actions.
- Archive reports for regulatory audits and internal reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Monitor usage of tools, equipment, and supplies; request new stock when needed.
- Track and manage service schedules for critical equipment and systems.
- Liaise with external vendors for repairs, servicing, and inspections.
- Ensure quality standards are met by contractors.
- Oversee project timelines and adherence to maintenance budgets when applicable.
- Generate periodic maintenance reports summarizing activities, costs, and outstanding tasks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to schedule maintenance with mínimal disruption.
- Assist in budget planning by providing data on material usage, asset performance, and service needs.

**Requirements**:

- Preferable for Male.
- Minimum certificate Diploma or equivalent; Technical or Vocational training in relevant maintenance fields.
- Proven experience in general maintenance or facility management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance techniques, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
