**Responsibilities**:
- Marketing of products and services offered by Transaction Banking (Working Capital)- To understand customers and plan for all communication with customers in mind- To carry out campaigns/promotions/events from time to time to promote and support the various new and existing products and services provided by the department. Will include tracking and reporting of campaign performance.- Ensure internal processes while achieving the above is observed and adhered to - including financial processes.- Able to express and conceptualize marketing messages well in a manner where it will be concise and customer friendly- Become ambassador for all related products and services by having a good grasp of offerings by the department- To support other activities carried out by the department and Bank as a whole to maintain name and reputation of the department/bank.

Scope of Marketing

The scope of Marketing shall cover all aspects of the department’s products and services including:
- Corporate Internet Banking- Related internal e-payment solutions (Direct Debit, Auto Sweep, etc.)- Related external e-payment solutions including JomPay and FPX- BCB Deposits

**Requirements**:
- Degree or equivalent;- Experience in internet banking / e-payments
