**Responsibilities**
- To prioritize, plan and complete client service delivery tasks in line with global and local business requirements
- Liaising with clients, dealing with queries and proactively resolving service issues within Service Level Agreement
- Build and maintain good client relationships and opportunities for new business by providing potential solutions and striving for potential improvement
- Identify and suggest improvements to Service Delivery Procedures
- Build and maintain good client relationships through proactive communication and action to fulfill client expectations
- Liaise with and provide support to other departments as per necessary
- Actively contribute to team meetings and client service initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to understand and help resolve customer needs
- Strong skills to devise solutions and assist with resolution
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in client or vendor management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
