**Job Summary**
As a Mandarin-Speaking Customer Support representative, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our Mandarin-speaking clients across the world. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the game service and services to effectively address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary, and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Communication: Facilitating clear and effective communication between our Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Feedback and Improvement: Gathering customer feedback and insights to provide suggestions for improving our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Min 1 year of customer services experiences
- Speak write and read fluently in Mandarin
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers who may be frustrated or upset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: RM4,400.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
