**What is the role?**

As a Customer Account and Sales Representative (Gaming), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within the gaming industry. Your primary responsibility will be to actively engage with gamers, promote in-game purchases, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the gaming experience. Through your expertise in sales techniques, product knowledge, and relationship building, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and fostering a loyal customer base.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Actively engage with gamers to promote and sell in-game purchases, upgrades, and additional features that enhance their gaming experience.
- Utilize various communication channels, such as social media, online platforms, and gaming forums, to reach and engage with the target audience.
- Recommend and upsell relevant products and services based on customer preferences and needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to in-game purchases and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized approach and tailored recommendations.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify upsell opportunities and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Product Knowledge and Promotion**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the gaming products, features, and updates to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, gaming competitions, and popular titles to leverage promotional opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report sales activities, customer interactions, and results using sales tracking tools.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve sales strategies and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the gaming industry or a related field.
- Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming market, including popular games, genres, and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales and upsell products.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, gaming platforms, and product updates.
