**About the Hiring Company**

The hiring company is an established brand in the hospitality industry, with strong footprints globally and in the region. They are currently hiring a Supply Chain Manager to play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end supply chain processes across the region.
- Implementation of the supply chain development and transformation plan across the region
- Identify, monitor and evaluate suppliers with a continuous improvement plan
- Harmonization of best practices and end-to-end supply chain procedures
- Track, manage, optimize supply chain flows across the group (risks, areas for improvement, supplier issues)
- Manage and optimize supplier performance in conjunction with the local managers
- Actively engage suppliers across the region with the objective of continuous improvement and integration
- Follow up and provide solutions on the handling of disputes with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with global guidelines and internal policies 

**The Successful Applicant**

You should possess a degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain across Hospitality/Retail/ F&B industries. You must have a proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain process, including logistics, inventory management and managing 3PLs. Prior experience in managing a team across the region will be highly regarded. Ability to travel around South-East Asia and strong communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders are essential.
