Overview:
As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture where engagement, wellness, and employee relations are paramount. Reporting directly to the Employee Experience Lead, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to employee satisfaction and wellbeing within our site(s).
Qualifications:
**Minimum requirements**:
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
**Work Experience**
- Previous experience in employee engagement, HR, psychology, or related roles preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in BPO preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and support others.
- Highly passionate about fostering healthy relationships and best practices in the workplace.

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:
These include but are not limited to the following:
1. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement across all levels of the organization. This includes designing and implementing engagement activities, recognition programs, and cultural events.
2. Collaborate with Operations and Support departments to ensure a seamless process for employees. Develop resources and marketing materials to facilitate calendar of activities, surveys, welcome kits and event collateral.
3. Culture Building: Assist in cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the organization's values and goals. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and other initiatives to celebrate achievements and foster a sense of belonging.
4. Data Analysis: Collect and submit data related to employee experience, including engagement surveys, turnover rates, and feedback mechanisms. Use insights gained to inform leadership decision-making and continuously improve employee experience programs and processes.
5. Wellness Programs: Work with the Country Employee Experience Lead to design, promote, and implement wellness programs aimed at improving the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of employees. Coordinate activities such as fitness challenges, mindfulness workshops, and health screenings as part of a continuous calendar of activities.
6. Collaborating with Other Departments: Working closely with OPS, Management, Procurement, and other departments to align employee experience initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Help in deploying global or regional initiatives.
7. Communication and Feedback: Capability to seek out open and transparent communication. Collect and solicit feedback regularly through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one conversations to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement. Able to maintain highest levels of confidentiality and demonstrate maturity in handling critical incidents.
