Customer Service Inbound, Live Chat

Location**:Subang Jaya, Near LRT / KTM station**
**Rotational Shift Basis: Monday to Sunday**
**9.5 working hour, (7am - 12am)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers via live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and experience
**Requirements**:
- Posses at least SPM certificate and above
- Have at least 6 months experience with call center.
- Willing to work in shift
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
