- 變更訂單：管理變更訂單，其中涉及施工過程中工作範圍或規格的變更。評估變化對專案成本和時間表的影響，並與相關方協商調整。
- 期末帳目準備：專案完成後，準備期末帳目，其中包括編制所有專案成本、變更和調整。協調任何差異並確保向承包商支付的最終付款準確且公平。
